Fans of the Pittsburgh Steelers react to the team’s crushing loss (Breaking)
During the first quarter of the Pittsburgh Steelers’ game at Lambeau Field versus the Green Bay Packers, head coach Mike Tomlin calls a play.
The Green Bay Packers recently defeated the Los Angeles Rams, a victory that was greatly needed. Following four straight losses, the Packers gained some confidence with a 20-3 victory. In contrast, the Pittsburgh Steelers are attempting to stay up with the 7-2 Baltimore Ravens after winning three of their previous four games.
When the Packers (3-5) meet the Steelers (5-3) in Week 10, they might not have to contend with one of the league’s best playmakers.
Minkah Fitzpatrick might not be a problem for the Green Bay Packers in Week 10.
First reported on our website by Wisconsin Sports Heroics’ Robin Adams:
Minkah Fitzpatrick, a safety who was named to the First Team All-Pro three times, is among the greatest players on the Steelers defence. Fitzpatrick made his third Pro Bowl, finished eighth in the Defensive Player of the Year voting, and led the NFL with six interceptions in 2022. He was also named to the First Team All-Pro.
Although he hasn’t picked up an interception yet this season, he is still a lockdown defender, giving up just 16 receptions on 26 targets and no touchdowns (he surrendered five last year).
Fitzpatrick, like many other Packers players, has been out for the previous two weeks of practise and the team’s most recent game against the Tennessee Titans due to a hamstring issue.
There was some expectation that he might be able to play against Green Bay, but according to Sports Illustrated’s Noah Strackbein, who follows the Steelers:
“Tomlin stated he could have some participation by the end of the week, but he didn’t seem very hopeful about Fitzpatrick’s availability this week. Although the All-Pro is “improving,” it doesn’t seem likely that he will play and will likely miss a second week. His first day back would be in two weeks if he went back to practise.
Packers Supporters React When They Think Jordan Love May Not Have To Face Minkah Fitzpatrick
Undoubtedly, Jordan Love has had highs and lows in 2023. Fans had a lot of hope for this club when they began the season 2-1 (and just one fourth-quarter breakdown away from being 3-0). However, the optimism has mostly faded after they dropped to 2-5 (before to their victory over the Rams).
