RIP: Yesterday, an automobile accident claimed the life of Steelers former RB.
Following his terrible death in a motorcycle accident over the weekend, former running back Alex Collins is being mourned by the Baltimore Ravens, Pittsburgh Steelers, and the entire NFL.
The news was shared on social media by the Seattle Seahawks and Ravens, who expressed their condolences to Collins’ family. Collins struck a car that was turning in a motorbike collision, which resulted in death, according to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office.
In his 22 games as a starter for the Ravens from 2017 to 2018, Collins gained 1,384 yards and 13 touchdowns through the air. He ran for 380 yards in five games versus the Steelers, more than he ever did against any other opponent in his career.
During this trying time, the family and friends of Collins are receiving the condolences of the entire Steelers team.
