The 49ers left Jacksonville with a largely intact roster. Following the game on Sunday, head coach Kyle Shanahan had no immediate updates regarding injuries.
In a conference call on Monday, he shared a few notes in which he reported one game-related injury and checked in on a few players who were out heading into the week.
RT Colton McKivitz (ankle, knee)
The 49ers had a small scare when McKivitz went down during the game and was slow to get up. Shanahan on Monday said “he got his ankle rolled up on, and some knee soreness.” McKivitz is considered day-to-day. It will be either Matt Pryor or Jaylon Moore in the mix for the RT job if McKivitz winds up missing time.
DL Arik Armstead
Armstead actually left the game for a few plays after getting tripped in the first quarter by the Jaguars right guard Brandon Scherff. He was back shortly after his exit though. Shanahan noted Armstead “was a little sore, but he made it through good. Ended up being fine.”
LT Trent Williams
Sunday was Williams’ first game since hurting his ankle in Week 6. Shanahan said the left tackle wasn’t at 100 percent, but he also avoided any setbacks. The team is hopeful his ankle will continue to improve during the week of practice where Williams will likely be limited again.
LG Aaron Banks (toe)
There was no news of progress for Banks who is out with a toe injury. He missed Sunday’s game and appears on track to miss Week 11 vs. the Buccaneers.
LB Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles (ankle)
Flannigan-Fowles missed Sunday’s game in Jacksonville with an ankle injury. He’s still nursing that and is considered day-to-day.
