In the midst of Liverpool rumours, PSG manager Luis Enrique says he’s not happy with Kylian Mbappe.
Luis Enrique, the manager of PSG, stated he is “not happy” with Kylian Mbappe, who is rumoured to be wanted by Liverpool.
Mbappe scored all three goals in PSG’s 3-0 victory over Reims on Saturday, continuing his amazing play for the team. Enrique was not pleased with the Frenchman’s hat-trick, though.
The Spanish coach made an odd jab at Mbappe on Twitter following the match, according to quotes obtained by journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Enrique said, “I’m not really happy with Kylian today.” “I have nothing to say regarding the objectives. However, he can benefit the squad more and in more ways. He is a top-tier player, and we expect more.
“I’m going to discuss it with him first; it’s confidential.”
Enrique disapproves of Mbappe.
If there is one thing holding Liverpool supporters back from welcoming Mbappe to the team, it’s all the turmoil he seems to bring with him.
The 24-year-old is unquestionably an excellent player. He may be the greatest person alive.
However, there seems to be activity going on all the time. Mbappe is often in the headlines due to his highly publicised altercations with PSG and his uncertain relationship with Real Madrid.
That would not be accepted at Liverpool, not under Jurgen Klopp’s leadership. Although he is a superstar, one would think he would put down his act at Anfield.
It is difficult to understand how Liverpool could sign the World Cup winner given his potentially enormous salary.
However, the Reds are still being connected to an absurd Mbappe trade. According to reports this week, Madrid has no interest in signing him for a summer transfer to the Bernabeu or for January [Cadena SER].
Because of this, several sources appear to believe that Liverpool is now in the lead in the hunt to sign the forward [Sport].
The speculation that Mbappe would actually depart Paris in the upcoming season is strengthened by Enrique’s apparent dissatisfaction with his superstar.
We just don’t see him joining Liverpool even if he does. Even if we were found to be mistaken, Kylian would still need to make amends.
