Ben Doak, who has fully recovered from his temporary injury, is expected to play for Liverpool against Toulouse tonight.
The 17-year-old forward is expected to play later today in France, according to the Telegraph, with Liverpool already poised to advance to the next round of the UEFA Europa League.
Doak is widely seen as one of Scotland’s and Liverpool’s most promising prospects. This season, the forward has played a major role for Liverpool in both the League Cup and Europe.
Nevertheless, Doak has already gone to Toulouse with the Liverpool team for their Europa League match. The former Celtic wonderkid has been sidelined by injury for the last two games in the Europa League and the cup.
Described as “special” by former Hibernian striker Tam McManus, Doak will want to seize this opportunity as much as possible, especially considering the quality of competition Liverpool will be up against tonight.
And if Jurgen Klopp gives Doak the opportunity to start the game on the wing, he will want to score because he hasn’t done so yet this season.
Doak will seek to entertain the Liverpool fans vs Toulouse.

Despite just being 17 years old, Doak is unquestionably the most promising attacker Liverpool presently has on their roster. The winger already has the look of a professional.
The striker also wants to put on a display tonight against Toulouse, as Doak needs a goal to secure his spot in the starting lineup going forward.
The young forward will face pressure later today in France, but Doak has proven he can meet challenges head-on, so this is a significant night for the teenager.
