How Miami Heat’s Twitter Reacted To Monday Night’s Win Against The Los Angeles Lakers
The Miami Heat defeated the Los Angeles Lakers by a slim margin once more.
Heat of Miami
Hearts were thumping till the very end for many Miami Heat supporters after their one-point triumph over the Los Angeles Lakers.
Unfortunately, though, Miami prevailed for the second time in a row despite a Lakers comeback in the fourth quarter.
You don’t enjoy Heat basketball if you don’t like that. The stigma associated with subpar fourth quarter performances is taking the place of previous year’s pattern of subpar third quarters. Miami had an 11-point advantage into the last quarter, but it quickly shrank to one, forcing them to make another desperate attempt to stave off their rival. Early in the season, this trend drew harsh criticism from fans.
They could, at least, enjoy Bam Adebayo’s performance in what was maybe his most comprehensive game to date. Adebayo finished with 22 points, 20 rebounds, and 10 assists to register his sixth triple double of the regular season.
With 22 points and three steals on Monday night, Tyler Herro maintained his stellar season despite mistakes and subpar 3-point shooting. Jimmy Butler scored 28 points on 60% shooting from the floor to lead Miami in scoring. The club won thanks to yet another outstanding performance from Butler, Herro, and Adebayo, the “Big Three.”
On Wednesday night, the Heat take on the Memphis Grizzlies (1-6). With any luck, they can defeat a lackluster opponent and make a statement.
However, it’s likely that they’ll create another game that is too close for comfort.
