Piotr Zielinski, a Polish player, has been linked to Juventus, but he has also signed with Premier League powerhouse Liverpool. The midfield player’s contract with Napoli expires at the conclusion of the current campaign. It has been a weekly narrative in the Italian media that Juventus is growing more and more interested in Piotr Zielinski of Poland. The Bianconeri see him as the perfect addition to bolster a midfield that just bid farewell to Paul Pogba, who was suspended for doping, and Nicolò Fagioli, who was placed on temporary leave after violating sports betting regulations.
The Turin team is quite interested in the Ząbkowice Śląskie player not only because of his skill set and experience, but also because of his precarious contract status. The player’s contract with Napoli expires in June 2024; if he doesn’t renew it before then, he may be allowed to go in January for a reduced fee or sign for free in the summer.
The midfield player has also caught the attention of Liverpool, a major Premier League team, for the similar reasons. The Reds have reportedly already started to assess the prospect of swoop in for a player that fully suits their German coach, Jürgen Klopp, according to Corriere dello Sport. Now in his eighth season with the Celtic team, Zielinski, 29, has made no fewer than 343 appearances in official competition (50 goals and 46 assists). In addition, he continues to be an important member of the Polish senior national team (86 caps, 10 goals).
